A two-bedroom spacious penthouse apartment, located on the top floor of the VIP City Complex. It comprises of an open plan kitchen and living room, two bedrooms as the master bedroom is with double bed while the second bedroom comes with two single beds. The apartment comes fully furnished and can sleep up to 6 people. Skylights in the bedroom and living room create a feel of coziness and comfort. The terrace opens to the north offering an amazing view of the Rila Mountains. The two bathrooms come with a shower and bath tube and has hot water boiler fitted as well. Heating is provided through wall-mounted radiators.

The apartment comes fully furnished with fitted kitchen and all the items you require for rental. There is also a dining table and four chairs.  The lounge has a three seat sofa bed that can be used as a bed, a coffee table, a TV, DVD and TV cabinet.

Situated on the west side of the river, towards the bottom of Bansko, the complex is next to the new bowling alley and the London Pub. It is just 300 m. from the town centre and 1000 m. from the Gondola.
The facilities within the complex include sauna, spa centre, reception area etc.

Condition:
* During the high season from 15 December till 20 April full payment required.
* Other weeks GBP 100 non refundable deposit to confirm your booking is required.
* GBP 100 refundable deposit required on arrival (Breakages) returned on departure should everything be in order.
