Congratulations you now have a property in Bansko, what’s the next step?

The whole experience of owning a property in another country can be a minefield, at this moment in time you may have more questions than answers!

We will give you the answers to those questions:

Is my apartment finished? - if you can’t travel to Bansko let us visit your apartment, compile a snagging list, contact the developer, oversee all works and send you a progress and completion report.

What does it look like? – We will take photos of your apartment, the communal areas and external grounds and email them to you.

I need furniture? – Either select your own company or we can give you details of local furniture suppliers/ installers. Let us know your requirements, we will get quotes and act on your behalf to ensure your apartment is fitted to a high standard of workmanship.

I can’t visit Bansko on a regular basis will my apartment be safe? – we offer an annual property check, we will hold your keys and visit the apartment once a months to make sure everything is okay and send you regular emails to keep you updated. For less than £3 per week you can have peace of mind.

I would like to rent it out, who will clean it? – The cleaning & laundry service we offer is of hotel standard, all bed linen and towels are laundered and the apartment cleaned, we carry out a full inventory check and make sure everything is ready for your next guests ( including toilet rolls!!).

I will only be using it for me and my family but don’t want the hassle of cleaning it – Just let us know when you are coming and we will go in check everything is okay and when you leave we will do the cleaning, launder and change bed linen and towels, so everything is ready for your next visit.

The people we have staying don’t know Bansko – we offer a Meet & Greet service which includes meeting your guests on arrival in Bansko, handing over the keys, explaining house rules and how things work , a welcome drink for each guest at a local bar / restaurant and an information pack which includes resort information, ski packages, summer activates, tours etc:

I need to rent it out – we offer you a free rental service both internally with other customers of Bansko Property Services and with two external companies. There is no charge from us for this service.

This is just a small sample of the services we can offer you, our expertise and local knowledge mean that if you have a problem or question we will make every effort to resolve it and more important to keep you informed. We pride ourselves on being approachable and flexible so although we offer set packages these can be tailored to suit your individual needs.
