A east facing studio apartment located on the second floor of the Four Leaf Clover complex. Fully furnished, with bath tube, the apartment is ideal for 2 guests. There is a spacious balcony, off the lounge, looking up to the Mountain. . The bathroom comes with a bath. Heating is provided through wall mounted radiators.

This apartment comes with fitted kitchen including wall and base units, sink, integrated two hot plates, extractor hood, a fridge etc.  The sleeping area comes with a two single bed, bedding and bedside cabinets. A full inventory is provided in the price so the apartment is ready to use or rent.

Four Leaf Clover is situated on the west side of the river, with beautiful view. The facilities within the complex include swimming pool, spa centre, reception area, restaurant and bar.

Condition:
* During the high season from 15 December till 20 April full payment required.
* Other weeks GBP 100 non refundable deposit to confirm your booking is required.
* GBP 100 refundable deposit required on arrival (Breakages) returned on departure should everything be in order.
